Smart Proxy Manager Account & Billing

Zyte Smart Proxy Manager (formerly Crawlera) Account and Billing details after successfully subscribing to the service.

Billing Page

You can always review your Smart Proxy subscription after logging into your account and following the steps below:

  1. Go to your organization’s Dashboard by clicking on the upper right button.

  1. Click on Settings from the left menu sidebar.

  1. Click on Subscriptions on the left under Organization Settings.

  1. On the right panel, it shows the active subscriptions and for Zyte Smart Proxy Manager (formerly Crawlera) it shows the stats as to how many requests were made to date and % of usage.

Updating Plans or Billing Information

In order to update your Smart Proxy Plan or Billing details, visit Billing Page and follow the steps below:

  1. To modify subscriptions, click on Modify under Smart Proxy Manager.

  1. Change the subscription by selecting the required one you need.

  1. Click on the Update Subscription from pop up or jump down to the summary to review and update your subscription.

  1. Click on Update Subscriptions again and proceed to add a payment method if it is not added.

  1. You can also edit billing information from the right panel of the subscriptions page.

  1. Here update the Billing Address and click on Update.

Note

Changes to the Billing address would appear from the next invoice. Existing invoices would continue to have an older Billing address.

  1. Billing information can also be edited from the right-hand side panel.

  1. To edit or add new Payment Methods, click on UPDATE next to Payment Method (right-hand side panel).

  1. Due to the modification of Addons (Downgrades, cancellations), if any credit notes are available in the account, those would be displayed in the Subscriptions Page under the Payment method panel as below:

Cancelling Subscription

In order to cancel your Smart Proxy Plan, visit Billing Page and follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the Cancel Subscription under the desired addon(s), Smart Proxy Manager in this case.

Note

Please note that Cancellation is not immediate and scheduled at the end of billing cycle. One can continue using services until the actual cancellation of subscriptions.

New Billing UI has the option to Undo any changes, but this is before applying the changes. Once the changes to the plan are confirmed and payment is done, then you would need to modify or cancel the addon.

  1. In the next screen you can proceed with cancellation:
