When and how to use residential IPs?

With scraping proxies there is different type of IPs - data center, residential and ISP IPs. See this article for more information on how they differ.

Smart Proxy Manager works with data center IPs by default, but it also allow access to residential IPs, which work better for certain sites that require residential IPs to access them.
